 Dr. Isaac Tabari, DPM, ABPM is the Director of NYC Podiatry Center of Excellence. He is a foot & ankle doctor / surgeon with 25+ experience of experience and background in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases of the foot and ankle. Dr. Tabari is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM).
Dr. Tabari received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.) degree from the NY College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Tabari did residency training at Nassau County Medical Center, New York Hospital of Queens, Flushing Hospital and Wyckoff Heights Medical Center.
Dr. Tabari has expert knowledge and extensive training in treating and resolving a wide spectrum of foot and ankle conditions using both non-surgical and surgical procedures. He has a passion for resolving painful issues, with surgical intervention considered only after a period of conservative care. He enjoys the full scope of Podiatric medicine, including but not limited to: sports and dance medicine, pediatric care, geriatric conditions and issues associated with painful bony prominences such as bunions and hammertoes.
Dr. Tabari spends his free time volunteering for New York State Fraternal Order of Police as a Podiatric Surgeon. Dr. Tabari is actively involved in medical research and design relating to foot & ankle and local residents training. Dr. Tabari is an attending physician of the Department of Podiatric Surgery and Orthopedics at Lutheran Medical Center in NYC and at North Shore Long Island Hospital in Long Island. Dr. Tabari also performs surgeries at the 5th Avenue Surgery Center located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
